Plumber Helper

This kit is one of those ‘as seen on TV’ ads, promoted as a must have set with everything you need for quick home plumbing repairs. Includes tube bender, pipe cutter, tube flaring kit, 10ft flexible drain cleaner, 97 pc valve repair kit, thread sealing tape, groove joint pliers, tap reseater and U-shape clamp, all packed in a durable storage case.   While I do think it’s a nice starter kit, plumbing is also about know how and no 2 jobs are the same.  If you really plan to tackle those emergency plumbing jobs yourself expect to make a trip to home depot whether you have this kit or not.  But at least you can get started with a kit like this and add as you need. If you think you’re going to be doing a lot of plumbing you might want higher quality (but also more expensive) tools.  All in all a nice idea for being prepared.
