Mattress Protection
The smartest thing I have done in terms of protection for my furniture was to buy a mattress protector. It is very important to protect my bed when you have children and pets.
The last mattress I had my cat decided to use it as a scratching post. There were pull marks everywhere. Then if that wasn’t bad enough, my kids were having a water fight with water guns and the water soaked into the mattress, at first everything seemed ok but then the mold and mildrew began to set in and I had to get rid of the mattress.
It was expensive lesson to learn. Not only did I have to find a new mattress but a mattress protector and I finally learned to protect a bed.
