Healthy Smoothies
Last week I joined a gym and I saw that they had a snack bar. I sat down and had a fruit smoothie. It was one of the best smoothies I have ever had. A lady next to me said that she had heard about a smoothie diet. It is a diet that consist of 2 meals as smoothies and then a light dinner.
But the problem with those diets is that once you stop drinking the smoothies and eat regular again you may get the pounds you had lost back. It is ok to drink healthy smoothies for a mid day snack or right after a work out but not as a diet. It is not healthy.
